Trout Point Cooking Classes Daily cooking classes in the main lodge kitchen are held 5 days a week starting at 2:30 p.m. and last for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The cost is $35/person per hour. These classes are open to the public. Classes and forays are taught by professional Trout Point Lodge kitchen staff, with lessons planned by the chef/proprietors.
