Room to Breathe Chebogue River SUP ECO-Tour & Tastes of Nova Scotia (An East Coast Paddle Company & Speakeasy Supper Club Collaboration) Paddle the calm tidal waters and diverse ecosystem of the Chebogue River with an experienced, local guide. Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) offers a unique vantage point to connect with the landscape of salt marshes, rolling hills, and islands, as well as the abundant local and migratory birds, and marine life. Your guide will also share information on the historical significance of the area, dating back to the Mi’kmaq and the Acadians, and on some of the landscape’s wild edibles. Following your paddle through the pristine salt water wilderness, you’ll arrive at the Chebogue Aquatic Club. Here, you’ll enjoy an inspiring menu with a focus on fresh, local ingredients, crafted with a modern flair by Raegan Stuart, Chef and Sommelier of Speakeasy Supper Club. Your seaside lunch or dinner will include stuffed lobster with rich saffron cream sauce, unique fusion appetizers using local seafood, farmed goods and foraged berries, vegetables and edibles, topped by a mouth-watering dessert. Visit to learn more. All SUP skill levels are welcome on this experience. Basic instruction and safety awareness will be provided by a qualified Paddle Canada Instructor.
