Arts & Crafts Beach Plaque, by Western Counties Regional Library

Participants will make a beachy wall plaque from craft sticks/shells and pebbles with library clerk “Feral” Carol. This program is for children aged 8 to 12. Register no later than Thursday, July 28 by contacting the library.
