Arrive by Land

Driving from Halifax, there are four routes to Yarmouth & Acadian Shores:

  • Take Highway 101 from Halifax and head west via the Annapolis Valley.
  • Follow scenic Route #1 along the Annapolis Valley and Fundy Shore south from Halifax.
  • Take Highway 103 from Halifax and head west via the South Shore.
  • Follow scenic Route #3 south from Halifax along the South Shore.

It is our hope that high-speed ferry service between Bar Harbor, Maine, and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, will resume in Spring 2022. This of course depends on the status of COVID-19 and related travel restrictions. Updates will be provided when available.
