Welcome to Land’s End Arts and Culture Society,
Southwest Nova’s newest arts organization.
Formerly the Friends of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Western Branch, a refreshed and motivated board of directors with a dream to the continuance of arts and cultural celebration made the decision to reinvent the organization and to save Yarmouth’s Main Street arts venue. This has been an arduous process, but we are thrilled to inform you that on December 12, 2025, the dream became a reality with the transfer of the former art gallery from the Town of Yarmouth to the Society and to announce the creation of the Land’s End Arts and Culture Centre at 341 Main Street.
The grand opening will take place mid-2026 but in the meantime stay tuned for exciting pre-opening programming, fundraising activities, membership options and more.
