Join us for a festive Buche de Noël (Yule Log) Workshop designed especially for TEENS who are ready to learn more advanced baking and decorating techniques!
In this workshop, teens will learn:
• How to prepare and handle a sponge cake
• Filling, rolling, and shaping techniques
• How to finish the yule log with chocolate ganache
• Work with marzipan (almond paste) to create decorations
• How to create a beautiful Yule Log display!
