The first thing you’ll notice when you turn into the driveway is the spectacular view. Across the bay, the Cape Forchu lighthouse stands tall on a craggy outcrop. Great Blue Herons wade gracefully in the coastline tidal pools.

Settle into a settee overlooking the wide half-kilometre-long beach to watch the waves and wildlife. On the south side of the cottage is another deck, wind-sheltered and perfect for soaking up the sun while listening to the gentle lull of the surf.

If you prefer to dig your toes in the sand, it’s just a two-minute walk to the beach in front of the cottage. At the east end you can cross the road to access another sandy oasis – John’s Cove Beach.

Located just 15 minutes from Yarmouth, on Hwy. 304, the Cape Cottage sleeps two and features an open concept design with a back patio in addition to the front and side decks. A four piece bath, washer/dryer and high speed wifi are some of the conveniences provided. Cottage has full kitchen, with electric stove/oven, microwave and large fridge with side-by-side freezer. BBQ on back patio by garden. Flat screen TV & Netflix.
