The one-level cottage features a spacious open concept and comfortable seating area, plus a unique driftwood bed.
The space
This oceanfront property faces False Harbour beach, which is just a two-minute walk away along a grassy path. It is home to many wildflowers and bird species and is a certified Canadian Wildlife Federation “Wildlife-friendly Habitat.” The sandy beach is a popular one for strolling and watching the wave action during stormy weather in the fall and winter.
Wake to a rosy sunrise and watch the marine traffic entering and leaving Yarmouth Harbour past the lighthouse, or herons fishing in tidal pools.
Located just 15 minutes from Yarmouth, on Hwy. 304, the Cape Cottage sleeps two and features an open concept design with a back patio in addition to the front and side decks. A four piece bath, washer/dryer and high speed wifi are some of the conveniences provided. Cottage has full kitchen, with electric stove/oven, microwave and large fridge with side-by-side freezer. BBQ on back patio by garden. Flat screen TV & Netflix.
